URGENT HIRING: NIGHT SHIFT SUPPORT

It’s August, 1985. The job description was standard: Clock in, answer the phone, and verify orders in the logbook. They said it was an easy paycheck.

But the complaints are getting strange. The furniture moves when you aren't looking. And the janitor's closet in the basement... the one they told you was just for storage? It’s locked.

And you’re starting to realize the previous employee didn’t just quit.

Silent Line is a first-person psychological horror game that turns a mundane desk job into a fight for survival.

KEY FEATURES

  • Microphone Survival: The game listens to your real-world microphone. If you scream, you die. Silence is your only defense.
  • Immersive Job Sim: Manage the hotline. Cross-reference order numbers and choose how to respond to agitated customers.
  • VHS Aesthetic: A gritty, analog 1985 atmosphere with fish-eye distortion and film grain.
  • Uncover the Truth: Explore the facility between calls. Find out what really happened in the basement.

Can you clock out?

Headphones and Microphone highly recommended.

⚠️ FIRST TIME SETUP & PERMISSIONS

Since this is an indie game, Windows may try to protect your PC.
1.  "Windows protected your PC": If you see a blue popup, click "More Info"  ->  "Run Anyway."
 2. Firewall/Network: If Windows asks to allow network access, click "Allow Access." (Required by Unity engine).
3.  Microphone Access: Windows may ask permission to use your microphone. You must click YES for the survival mechanics to work.
If the mic bar isn't moving, check your Windows Privacy Settings to ensure 'Desktop Apps' are allowed to use the microphone.

⚠️ Switch Mic to make sure your headset is selected. Unity may default to the wrong microphone!

WHAT A DAMN GOOD GAME, This was really good creepy and eerie keep up the good work and I cannot wait to see what else you create in the future anyway good job!

hi, thank u so much for this review and the support! i'm working on a new game right now

Hi there, first of all, thanks for creating this experience, I seriously enjoyed it a lot! And the fact that it's you first game - wow, really impressive. I gave you some minor feedback in the video (for example, the mic glitching at the end), but overall great game! I hope you keep making more or make this one longer :)

Hi! I'm so grateful that you played my game! Thank you so much!! But yeah since its my first game, I am aware it sometimes has some bugs that I wasn't able to find during development, but still, in working on making better games in the future! Once again, thank you (:

No problem man, it was my pleasure! I can't wait to see what you make next! :) Also the dialogs on the phone were very funny and witty, I don't know if you wrote them, but great job!

Thanks a lot! They were written by me ((: , I wanted to have the first option calm/professional , and the other one more funny and annoyed with his job.

Wow great job then! They were actually super interesting to read. Usually story text in video games is a bit boring and no one really cares to read it, but this was actually fun! :)
